Folderix is an easy-to-use machine designed for small spaces. Initially created as a compact napkin folding machine, it has evolved into larger versions capable of folding both napkins and towels. This folder operates without the need for a vacuum system, resulting in significant energy savings and substantially reduced noise levels.
Folderix utilizes two distinct folding technologies: primary folds are executed by air-blade reversing belts, while cross folds are accomplished using paddles and blades.
To ensure a well-formed stack, the product is stacked on a variable-height conveyor belt. The machine is equipped with a collection belt capable of accumulating up to four stacks.
Users can conveniently set fold parameters and choose the type of fold from the control panel. The memory can store up to 50 customized programs for easy access and efficient operation.
