Third longitudinal fold
The machine can be equipped with a third longitudinal fold to complete the folding cycle. It is usually requested when the size of the items is so large that a more complete fold is required. The third longitudinal fold allows three longitudinal folds, so the final folded piece will be slightly larger than 1/8 of its original length. Adding this accessory still allows the machine to operate in the two-fold configuration.
Two-lane auto-centering for tablecloths, bedspreads, runners
This system identifies the correct alignment and ideal positioning for tablecloths, bedspreads, and runners as they are fed into the machine. It can automatically detect the size and shape of the linen piece and adjust its positioning so that it is perfectly centered within the device, ensuring uniform and precise folding.
Two-lane auto-centering is particularly useful when working with tablecloths, bedspreads, and runners of varying sizes, as it helps achieve high-quality results efficiently without manual positioning.
Discard for torn dirty items
The linen discard system is an accessory that allows the operator to signal to the machine that an item is dirty or torn, so it is discarded at the front side without being folded, making it easily recognizable by the operator.
Conveyor belt for discarded items
This conveyor belt is designed to efficiently move discarded items through the processing system or out of the production line. Discarded items can be directed for inspection or further corrective processing, or removed from the main production flow. Available only with the third longitudinal fold option.
Static collection unit for discarded items
A gutter-like unit, running the full length of the machine, designed to collect discarded items and prevent them from falling to the floor
Adjustable orientation wheels
These wheels can be adjusted or oriented in different directions to facilitate the mobility and manoeuvrability of the machine.
Side exit table
In the absence of a stacker, the folded sheet is released laterally rather than from the front or back of the machine. This can be advantageous in terms of space or integration with other system components.
7″ control panel on the ironer
Touch-screen panel placed at the beginning of the line. Allows management of programs and alarms with Ethernet LAN 10/100 connection.
Special paints
Metallic, textured, or resistant to marine environments.
