Description

Delta is designed to fold flat linens such as table overlays and any garment with maximum dimensions of 100 x 1100 mm.
The folding of the garment is achieved through mechanical blade movement on a fixed-size folding surface equipped with a suction system that ensure high folding quality.

Features of the standard model

  • Fixed-size folding surface of 280x580 mm.
  • Folding surface equipped with a suction system that ensure high folding quality
  • Up to 800 garment per hour
  • Minimum foldable garment size: 45x45 (two folds in half)
  • Two-fold mode: longitudinal in half + transversal in half
  • Three-fold mode: two longitudinal folds (the first in half, the second at 280 mm), and one transversal fold (in half)
  • Suitable for installation after an ironer, after other folding machines, or conveyor belts, or for manual use

Operator control panel series HME07, 7″ screen, to be positioned at the beginning of the ironing line to modify programs and manage alarms. Provided with Ethernet LAN10/100 connection (software for production data processing and remote services management in line with Industry 4.0 directive not included).

Operator control panel series HME04, 4,6″ screen, to be positioned at the beginning of the ironing line to modify programs and manage alarms. Provided with Ethernet LAN10/100 connection (software for production data processing and remote services management in line with Industry 4.0 directive not included).

For the acquisition and display of machine production data and online remote assistance management in line with Industry 4.0 directives.
